Bhaktha is responsible for overseeing the strategic alignment and management of investment programs and technology solutions and for providing leadership to all internal financial and administrative functions.
He oversees all aspects with a corporate vision and gives leadership to accomplish mission statements and goals of the company. He develops new business strategies and does company planning, establishing collaborative and contracted research programs with companies, vendors and business clients.
Bhaktha has a Masters in International Business from UK and has acquired vast amount of experience working with people from different cultures and different profile. He lives in India and enjoys international travel. |

Peter is responsible for providing vision and direction to the Asia-Pacific operations. He ensures that the BrightSword team provides innovative, high quality, cost-effective IT services.
He led the team through the ISO 9001 certification process and successfully designed and defended the formal processes followed at BrightSword.
Peter is a PMI certified project manager. He has a passion for Project Management and Quality with a keen focus on providing superior IT solutions that add value to the clients business needs. He oversees Business Development, System Analysis and Design, Project Management, Quality Assurance and Training.
Peter previously worked for ITC InfoTech; a leading CMM level 5 Company. He earned his Masters degree in Computer Applications with distinction from the National Institute of Engineering, Mysore University, India.

With an insatiable hunger to learn new things, a keen mind to hear what the customer is really saying, and a sharp sense of humour, it’s safe to say that almost everything delivered in Singapore has his touch somewhere in it!
Ganesh is our technical lead in Singapore. He brings nearly a decade of IT experience over a broad range of technologies. He was a member of the development team of BrightSword Designer, and has played the role of technical manager for numerous projects. His primary responsibility is to architect the technical solution and application design.
His technical skills include include Microsoft .Net Technologies, J2EE, PHP, XML, XSL, UML, OOAD, Oracle, MS SQL Server, Postgress SQL, MySQL. He is also a qualified Network Engineer and Technical Trainer.
Ganesh holds a Masters degree in Computer Applications from Madurai Kamaraj University, India. He is currently pursuing his M Phil in Computer Science. |
